    • Directly from you - This is usually your contact details you provide via a form (e.g. to become a member or an e-newsletter subscriber).

    Your email address provided in the ' Enquiry Form', 'E-newsletter Sign Up Form' and 'Membership Form' will be used solely to communicate with you for the options you select.

    The record of your organisation will only be used to enable us to understand the scope of our communications, and may occasionally be used to send relevant information to you. IP Address information will be used solely to identify the country your subscription came from.

Information supplied in the Membership and E-newsletter Sign Up Forms will be stored on Mailchimp servers in the United States. As a leading provider of services, Mailchimp has in place all necessary security measures required under the GDPR and industry codes of practice.

     

  7. Retention period or criteria used

    We will hold your personal details for as long as you wish us to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a received email or update your preferences or change your email address at any time, using the link in an email.

    You can also email info@togetherscotland.org.uk to unsubscribe or have your preferences updated. We will ask you to refresh your consent periodically to ensure your details and preferences are up to date.
