  • United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) Draft Delivery Plan (2016-2020)

    This draft plan sets out the Scottish Government's aim to remove barriers and enable disabled people to enjoy equal access to citizenship. The Scottish Government will consider the views of disabled people on this approach and finalise a plan in spring 2016.
