This guidance provides practical support to local authorities building new schools. It has been prepared following careful consideration of the Scottish Government's National Outcomes and is designed to assist with the delivery of those outcomes and the associated Single Outcome Agreements that have been drawn up by local authorities in association with the Scottish Government.
