National Coalition (Germany)
Appraisal on art. 3 CRC from Professor Ralph Alexander Lorz, that was lately published by the German Child Rights Coalition, after the withdrawal of the Reservations to the CRC by the German Government.
Professor Lorz's essay specifies why a public international law treaty like the CRC can have essential domestic ramifications - regardless whether the state fulfills its obligation under public international law by amending their domestic law, or not.
The brochure is written in German, but it also contains a summary in English (page 31).
