The report contains some recommendations for consideration concerning the development of the New Human Rights Bill for Scotland.
SCLD has published various resources to support people with learning disabilities and organisations responding to the consultation.

- The report is available in full here.
- Find an easy-read summary of the report here.
- SCLD created an interactive presentation explaining the link between the new human rights bill and the proposed learning disability, autism and neurodiversity bill and how the two pieces of legislation could support one another. Find it here.
This week, the Human Rights Consortium Scotland (HRCS) published a separate guide to assist people responding to the consultation. Together will also shortly be launching a resource for members that highlights the child rights impact of the proposals.
