The Falkirk and Clackmannanshire Young Carers Project supports young carers aged 8-18, and young adult carers aged 16-25, whose lives are affected by a family member who has a disability, illness, mental health issues or addiction. Our aim is to raise awareness of their needs, create positive outcomes and time away from their caring role.
