Who Cares? Scotland is a voluntary organisation supporting all of Scotland's children and young people in care.

The organisation provides a voice by working directly with young people, listening to what they say and speaking out with them.

Who Cares? Scotland promotes and protects young people's rights and involve them in decision-making. At the heart of their work is enabling young people in care to enjoy a positive life now, and reach their full potential in the future.
