xSCRA introduces new information leaflets for children and young people

The Scottish Children's Reporter Administration (SCRA) has introduced new information leaflets and has revised existing materials for children and young people to ensure that they are compliant with the Children's Hearing (Scotland) Act 2011.
The new leaflets include 'Changes to the Law' and a 'Your Views sheet' for pre-hearing panels.
The Children's Hearing (Scotland) Act 2011 was implemented on the 24th June 2013 and aims to ensure that the Hearings System of the future is adaptable and has children's rights at its core to secure better outcomes.
