A new film has been launched by Scotland's Commissioner for Children and Young People, which includes children's views of sport and how they access and enjoy sport in Scotland.

The film is the result of the office's work consulting children aged 3 to 11 about how they access and enjoy sport in Scotland.

It reports back the main messages to the children who took part, celebrates their involvement and talks about the changes they'd like to see.

The video also highlights how the consultation supports the Scottish Government's Youth Sports Strategy.
