Today is No Smoking Day, and ASH Scotland has been working with the NHS and SportScotland to produce a set of resources and information sessions.
The theme of this year's No Smoking Day is 'feel like a winner', offering smokers the chance to feel great and save money by quitting. Fronting the campaign is Brian Whittle MSP, a top former 400m runner and Olympian.
