Reach has launched three children’s rights animations which aim to help pupils understand their rights to be supported, listened to and involved in decisions about the help they need at school.
Reach, the children and young people’s service for Enquire – The Scottish Advice Service for Additional Support for Learning, has created and launched the films in response to recent changes to the law which grant children over the age of 12 the right to have a say in decisions made about the support they need at school.
Created with young people, the films aim to help pupils in Scotland feel more informed about their rights and more confident about having their say.
