The Centre for Excellence for Children's Care and Protection (CELCIS), based at the University of Strathclyde, launches a free online course on unaccompanied and separated refugee and migrant children next month.

This 6-week course strives to improve learners’ understanding of the risks and vulnerabilities these children face, as well as inform the improvement of policy, practice and delivery of support services that uphold children’s rights and meet their best interests. The course covers examples of promising practice and aims to stimulate the exchange of ideas and experience between learners around the world.

It is available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
