Many organisations are unable to rely on their normal means of reaching the communities they serve because of COVID-19 and digital exclusion adds additional barrier to finding a solution. The Reaching Families Remotely project has shared nine steps organisations can take to aid day-to-day delivery of services and to shape new service designs to ensure effective and meaningful engagement with families.

The nine steps are split into three parts, the first section is about getting your organisation set up to go digital i.e. building your digital skills, the second is adapting your service, and the third is about building on your success.
