This toolkit is co-created with children and young people with lived experience of having a parent in the criminal justice system. It aims to make sure children and young people who have experienced having a parent in the criminal justice system get the support they need at the earliest opportunity. 

There is a toolkit for children and young people who have a mum in the criminal justice system, and an additional toolkit for those who have a dad in the criminal justice system.
