New children’s mental health podcast covers manosphere, autism, anxiety, loneliness and more

The Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ACAMH) has launched ‘Mind the Kids’, a new podcast series featuring accessible expert discussions on a range of vital topics for those working with children and young people.

ACAMH has been producing top 50 science podcasts since 2018 and also publishes three highly-respected journals, the aim of the podcast is to bridge the gap between rigorous research and practical application.

‘Mind the Kids’ is hosted by Dr Jane Gilmour, Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Great Ormond Street Hospital, and Course Director for postgraduate child development programmes at University College London – and Umar Toseeb, Professor and Director of the Child and Adolescent Neurodevelopmental Diversity group and Research Centre Leader for the Psychology in Education Research Centre.

The first two episodes are available on all major podcast platforms, and via ACAMH’s YouTube Channel.
