A newly updated leaflet is now available to help parents and carers understand what happens at Children’s Hearings. It explains important topics such as what it means to be a Relevant Person, what to expect during a Hearing, and what decisions might be made.

The leaflet also includes details on where to find help and support. More helpful information for parents and carers attending Hearings can be found on the parents/carers section of SCRA’s website.
