Project Change has launched a new resource that gives a comprehensive overview of children’s rights in Scotland.

In their children’s rights hub, you can find all information on the scottish children’s rights landscape. It gives resources for children, young people and their parents and carers, to better understand al 42 rights children and young people have that are set out by the UNCRC.

It also provides explanations and resources to better understand what the UNCRC (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2924 means for children in Scotland, and how parents and practitioners working with children and young people can best ensure that their rights are realised.

The hub also provides guidance for children and young people, or those working with them, on what to do when children’s rights are not being respected.
