On 12 March 2026, Scottish Government launched its new Human Rights Tracker – an online platform designed to bring together recommendations from international human rights treaty bodies in one place.

The Tracker aims to make international human rights recommendations easier to find, understand, and monitor progress towards implementation - supporting improved transparency and accountability.

Together sat on the Tracker Design Group and helped shape the platform’s development alongside several of our members. Throughout the development process, Together has advocated for the Tracker to be a shared resource, jointly owned by Scottish Government and civil society. Ownership of the platform currently rests with Scottish Government, with the intention for this arrangement to be reviewed in future.
