A 39 page pdf training manual which consists of a facilitator guide for seven training sessions including PowerPoint presentations, exercises and handouts for participants. The training is designed as a two day participatory workshop that introduces key tools to design and implement a child friendly feedback mechanism. Session one covers accountability.
