The Scottish Out of School Care Network is a charity supporting school-aged play, care and learning. The organisation promotes, supports and develops good quality, sustainable out of school care. Their work promotes equal opportunities and children's rights according to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, in particular, Article 31: the right to play.
