The 2012 UK concluding observations on the European Social Charter are publicly available online.
These conclusions contain the assessment of the European Committee of Social Rights on the application of the Charter with regard to Charter rights relating to "Employment, training and equal opportunities".
The European Committee of Social Rights examines the reports and decides whether or not the situations in the countries concerned are in conformity with the European Social Charter. Its decisions, known as "conclusions", are published every year.
