Consultation on draft Regulations relating to the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 (1)

This is a consultation on the second set of draft Regulations for the Act, of which the deadline is 18th August 2014.

The Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 received Royal Assent on 1st April 2014. Draft Scottish Statutory Instruments to accompany the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 have been developed in collaboration with stakeholders and have been published for consultation in two sets.

Consultation on the first set of draft Regulations ended on 1st August 2014, and consultation on the second set of draft Regulations and Orders will be running until 18th August 2014. It covers a number of draft Regulations and Orders which are outlined in the consultation document.
