International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR): Scottish Government response to List of Issues

The Scottish Government has published its report on the implementation of the ICESCR.

The document will be reviewed by the United Nations in June of this year. In this Scottish Government response to the ICESCR List of Issues, it is discussed what is being done to implement the UNCRC and what steps are being taken to implement children's economic, social and cultural rights such as tackling child poverty, supporting children with disabilities and the lack of affordable childcare.
