This consultation by the Scottish Government offers the opportunity to comment on the support that will be provided to victims of slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour - the offence under section 4 of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015.
In the Trafficking and Exploitation Strategy published on 30 May 2017 the Scottish Government made a commitment to consider how adult victims of slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour should be identified and supported.
The results of this consultation will help to inform the policy on support for victims of slavery, servitude etc and the Regulations that will be drafted to implement that policy.
