Cartoon animation helps explain what rights a child has when facing a Children’s Hearing.

The Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration (SCRA) has produced a cartoon animation which explains a Child’s rights in a Children’s Hearing for children and young people. The video is a helpful tool used to visually and effectively communicate important information in a way a child can best understand. The animation was successfully launched on Universal Children’s Day.
