xTerms of Reference for the joint review looking at diversion from prosecution published

The HM Inspectorate of Prosecution in Scotland, HM Inspectorate of Constabulary in Scotland, the Care Inspectorate and HM Inspectorate of Prisons for Scotland will carry out a joint review of what is working well and less well when diverting individuals from prosecution.
The Terms of Reference of this review have been published and it will explore the impact of diversion of prosecution and how diversion can be more effective for both adults as well as children.
As part of the review, members of Community Justice Partnerships and organisations such as the Children's and Young People's Centre for Justice will be interviewed.
