CELCIS is looking for children and young people with care experience aged 12-26 to share their thoughts, experiences, and views of Continuing Care, so that they can help to influence change and make things better for everyone.

Continuing Care is where young people stay with carers in foster, kinship or residential care up to the age of 21, if that’s the right thing for them.

CELCIS’s previous research found that there were differences across local areas for when young people found out about Continuing Care, and what was explained to them. This project is guided by an advisory team of young people with care experience.

CELCIS is able to offer one-to-one interviews or provide interactive sessions with established participation groups such as Champions Boards, Mini Champs, or a care experienced network or forum.
