xTogether responds to consultation on UNCRC Act guidance

Together's response highlights the importance of clear guidance that is accessible for all duty bearers under the 2024 Act - including those in the private, voluntary and independent sector.
A draft of our response was shared with members to help inform their own responses. We would like to thank those who shared their valuable feedback and input.
Scottish Government will now review all responses before publishing an analysis report.
The UNCRC (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024 will enter into force on 16th July 2024.
