The Young Women's Movement is Scotland's national organisation for young women and girls' leadership and rights. Young women are at the heart of everything we do, they inform, shape and lead our organisation and work. We work with young women to amplify their voices and collaborate in taking action to ensure the changes they identify and need are made. Together, we are a collective force that for 100 years has, and will continue to, change things for the better for young women in Scotland. We exist because we want young women and girls’ needs and rights to be met. We believe in a society where everyone has the opportunity to live their lives to their fullest.

Founded in 1844 YMCA works across the world, to bring social justice and peace to young people and their communities. regardless of religion , ethnicity, gender or culture, open to people of all faiths and none. In Scotland, we do this working alongside partners in social work, other voluntary organisations, police, schools and education providers, and local churches.
