Every day young heroes across the UK make a difference to the lives of others. The Humanitarian Citizen Awards celebrate the contribution that young people aged 25 and under make to the lives of others. Nominating an individual or group is simple: write 200 words about why they stand out from the crowd.
All nominees receive a certificate and those shortlisted get invited to the awards ceremony in London.
