The Scottish Parliament's Education and Culture Committee has launched a call for written evidence on the Post-16 Education (Scotland) Bill.
If you/ your organisation would like to submit written evidence, the Committee have stated that they would be grateful if you could do so by no later than Friday 18 January 2013.
The Post-16 Education (Scotland) Bill was introduced to the Scottish Parliament on 27 November 2012. The Education and Culture Committee has been designated lead committee in consideration of the Bill at Stage 1.
The Policy Memorandum states that the Bill will introduce provisions covering the following six areas: universal governance, widening access, tuition fees cap, college regionalisation, a review of fundable further and higher education and data sharing.
