7th European Forum on rights of the child - report now available online

The European Forum on the Rights of the child took place in Brussels on 13th-14th November 2012. Its aim was to support the child protection systems through the implementation of the EU Agenda for the rights of the child.

Information and resources from the forum are now available online. This 7th European Forum on the rights of the child focused on child protection systems (CPS) in the EU, offering a platform for the exchange of good practice and supporting co-operation among various actors across different settings to deliver on the protection needs of children, especially those who are vulnerable.

Around 200 participants attended, coming from the European institutions, Member States, Ombudspersons' offices, international organisations, the judiciary, child protection and child welfare agencies, NGOs and academia.
