The Children and Young People (Scotland) Bill becomes an Act

The Children and Young People (Scotland) Bill has become an Act and received Royal Assent on 27th March 2014.

Together has worked alongside its members since the development of the Bill began; throughout its Parliamentary scrutiny and up until it was passed at Stage 3 on 19th February 2014. Together will continue to work with its members and the Scottish Government as guidance is developed for the Act and right through to its implementation.
