The JCHR has an open inquiry which is calling for evidence on factors which may prevent individuals from using the UK's human rights framework effectively.
The Committee is accepting written submissions on the barriers which may impede individuals from fully accessing their human rights, whether that is a cultural barrier or practical barrier experienced by those wishing to enforce their legal rights.
