Postponement of the 85th session of UN Committee on the Rights of the Child

Due to the Coronvirus outbreak, the 85th session of the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child which is scheduled for the 11-29 May 2020, has been postponed.

The work of other UN treaty bodies has been similarly disrupted, as has the Universal Periodic Review (UPR).

We are yet to find out whether this affects the timescales for UK reporting but will update our members as soon as any details are confirmed.
