The Children and Young People’s Centre for Justice (CYCJ) is seeking to recruit two people with experience of the youth justice systems to join its Executive Governance Group (EGG).

Applicants are actively sought from people who have lived experience of the youth justice systems.  This may be current or prior contact with police, court, secure care, prison or similar environments.

Parents/carers of someone who has experienced these systems are also encouraged to apply. These appointments will help CYCJ to achieve the ambitions of its Participation and Engagement strategy – and push forward a rights-respecting agenda for children in conflict with the law.
