Equality and Human Rights Commission is seeking contractors to lead disability rights projects

EHRC is looking to appoint one or more contractors to deliver capacity-building projects on disability rights projects in England, Scotland and Wales.

Ahead of a forthcoming UN review into the UK’s compliance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), these projects will seek to:

• Strengthen understanding of international human rights law and the CRPD review process
• Collate robust evidence and consult with disabled people and their organisations on progress and key concerns about disability rights
• Launch independent reports on disability rights co-signed by a coalition of organisations.

The deadline for applications is 1^st September 2021.
