There are many countries around the world that have laws which protect children’s right to a healthy environment. Some countries have stronger laws than others. This child-friendly leaflet will further children and young people’s awareness and understanding of how these countries are protecting this right and discover what Scottish Government could be doing to help!

The leaflet is written by Cynthia, a former human rights law student from the University of Edinburgh who took part in the Human Rights Clinic which Together is a partner of.
