General Comment No. 26: Children and Young People’s Online Consultation is open!

The UN Committee on the Rights of the Child is inviting those aged 17 and under to participate in an online consultation sharing their views and experiences on their rights, the environment and climate change. Their responses will play a critical role in shaping the content of General Comment No. 26. This General Comment will provide guidance to States on ensuring a child rights-based approach to addressing the environmental and climate crisis.

All children are welcome to participate by completing an online questionnaire by 30^th June 2022.
