Consultation: Ensure people’s voices are being heard in the Scottish Parliament

A Citizen’s Panel has made recommendations to the Scottish Parliament’s Citizen Participation and Public Petitions Committee on how to ensure Holyrood’s work involves and meets the needs of the full range of  communities it represents. Individuals, community groups and organisations are now invited to share their thoughts on these recommendations.

Recommendations include improving community engagement, how the Scottish Parliament uses deliberative democracy, public involvement in parliamentary business and the way Scottish Parliament communicates and educates the public on its work.
