The Scottish Government is consulting on plans for a new Human Rights Bill for Scotland. This seeks to incorporate four international human rights treaties into Scots law alongside the right to a healthy environment and strengthening rights for LGBTI and older people.
A range of consultation resources have been released, including an Easy Read and audio transcript. Together is supporting the Rights Detectives to shape child-friendly consultation resources in partnership with Scottish Government. These will become available in the next few weeks.
