xUN adopts new guidance on children’s right to a healthy environment

The UN Committee on the Rights of the Child has adopted a new General Comment 26 on children’s right to a healthy environment. The final text will be shared next month ahead of the General Comment’s official launch in September 2023.
The UN Committee has been consulting with States, experts, interested parties, and especially hundreds of children to produce the new General Comment. Keep an eye on the official webpage for updates!
