On 17th September 2023, Together colleagues will put their best foot forward and partake in the Kiltwalk’s Big Stroll of 14.7miles from Musselburgh to Murrayfield. for Together and our mission that all children and young people growing up in Scotland have their human rights respected, protected, and fulfilled.

Maria, Caitlin, Mary and Christine will be taking part in the Edinburgh, while Sarah and Jacqui will be ‘spirit walkers’ (they're unable to attend ‘The Big Stroll’ but with dedication and passion, will document their 14.7 miles in the lead up to the event).

All donations to our collective efforts would be greatly appreciated. Between us, we're hoping to raise £5,000 for Together's work, inspiring and enabling everyone in Scotland to put children and young people's rights at the heart of what they do. In the next six months, your donations will help us to make sure recent recommendations made by the UN to improve children's rights are taken forward in Scotland, and to do all we can to make sure children's rights are made binding in law through the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill.

You can support our efforts by making a donation as an individual, raising funds to support us or by encouraging organisations you know or work with to sponsor us.  Together has created a £100 Sponsorship Package which allows any organisation to donate through our JustGiving Package. The Package will include: logo on our Kiltwalk Kindness Wall; ‘Thank You’ graphic which will be shared on social media; regular updates on our training; a thank you in our e-newsletter; logo included on our T-shirts which we will be wearing on the day; and a mention in our Kiltwalk blog. Simply state your organisation when donating on JustGiving and email caitlin@togetherscotland.org.uk

Thank you for helping us step closer to making children and young people’s human rights a reality!
