The Scottish Government is inviting everyone to participate in a consultation on proposals for a Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Neurodivergence Bill. This seeks  views on how they can collectively enhance the protection, respect, and championing of the rights of people with learning disabilities, autism, and neurodivergence.
