Draft statutory guidance on the UNCRC (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill

This consultation seeks views on draft guidance that Scottish Government has produced to accompany the UNCRC (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill.

It relates to two parts of the Act:

Part 2 - duty on public authorities to act compatibly with the UNCRC requirements
Part 3, Section 18 – reporting duties on listed authorities

The guidance has been developed with support from the Guidance Subgroup, comprising members of the Embedding in Public Services group.

Together will publish a draft of our response in advance of the deadline to support members also wishing to participate.
