Starcatchers’ newly-appointed Co-Chief Executive, Heather Armstrong has drafted a blog in celebration of babies, children and young people in forces families.  

The blog also highlights Starcatchers’ ‘Wee People Big Feelings’ project which focuses on enhancing emotional literacy among children aged 2-5, particularly those with parents in the armed forces. Through creative play and movement-based activities, the program helps young children to express and manage their emotions.
