CELCIS has reported on updates made to the Plan 24-30 route maps and the Promise Story of Progress.

The Centre for excellence for Children’s Care and Protection (CELCIS) directs attention to the updated framework to help keep track of the progress made in keeping the promise. Developed in partnership with the Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA), the Story of Progress resource helps build understanding of how Scotland is meeting its commitments. It brings together official data, insights from partner organisations, and evidence of how people with care experience are experiencing change and progress towards the 2030 goals.

Designed as a learning tool, the progress framework also allows individuals and organisations to reflect on whether their current practice is making a meaningful difference for people with care experience. It highlights areas of success, alongside those where further change or stronger evidence is still required.
