Together is currently working on submitting a response to the Scottish Government’s consultation on School Premises Regulations 1967.

As a membership organisation, Together is committed to ensuring that our members’ views and evidence are reflected in national policy discussions. Consultation responses are an opportunity for us to directly amplify members’ collective voice to decision-makers. For this consultation the topics we are looking to cover are the requirements on the availability of outdoor spaces (predominantly Question 6); the sanitation accommodations for students (predominately Question 9); the equality impacts of the proposals (Question 24) and the impacts of the proposal on child rights and wellbeing (question 25).

We welcome any evidence members wish to send with regards to the issues stated above or any submitted responses that they would like Together to consider.
