From 8th to 21st November, Scotland's young people have the opportunity to vote for the MSYPs that will represent them for the next two years. Young people aged 12-25 are invited to vote for the MSYP that will represent them for the next two years! From the 8 th - 21 st November, young people can vote in their constituency or in their National Voluntary Organisation. Scottish Youth Parliament works to give young people a voice on all issues that impact young people, from the climate emergency and justice to local matters. Young people can visit here to vote and find out who's standing in their local area or NVO.

Supreme Court Judgement on UNCRC (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill

The judges unanimously decided that four sections of the Bill go beyond the powers of the Scottish Parliament. Together responded to the decision by coordinating a joint letter to the Scottish Government urging it to work at pace to address the Court’s concerns.
